Once you have determined any and all treatments, procedures and /or products they
need, you can verify the funds availability by logging into your account on our
webpage www.indiahealthcard.com or by
calling our office at ph: 080-42048003 |

Once you have determined that the card has sufficient funds to cover your fees,
you may provide the service. After the service is completed, you can bill India
Health Card using the PIN number provided by the card holder by logging into your
account or by phone. If there is insufficient funds and if the card holder discloses
the available amount, then you can block that amount and have the patient pay the
difference for which India Health Card will not be responsible. |

You may bill the patient at various stages of treatment plan i.e. prolonged care,
you can collect the service fee from India Health Card with the approval of the
patient.

In order to serve you best and ensure that your fees are paid in a timely manner
we request your business banking account number for electronic fund transfer (for
deposit only) for faster service. If you prefer check, a check from our company
will be processed and mailed to your office which may take 5 to 7 business days.

You can keep track of all the transactions with all your patients and IHC by logging
onto your account online with India Health Card by using your provider number assigned
to you.
