preloaded cash card. We negotiate discounted fees for health care services on behalf
of our members and pay providers directly through India Health Card. Once you elect
to become a provider for India Health Card, you agree to a 10% discount on all inpatient
services and a 20% discount on outpatient services.*

Here’s how it works: |

India Health Card member presents his/her identification.
|
|
|

Member/patient approves suggested treatment, products, and associated costs. |

Provider contacts the India Health Card office at www.indiahealthcard.com, by email,
or by phone to determine the availability of funds before beginning treatment.

Immediately after service is rendered, provider contacts the India Health Card office
to inform us of the cost and allow the patient to give us approval by providing
their PIN.

India Health Card facilitates immediate payment.

You will be assigned a unique provider number in order to utilize our website to
track all member transactions pertaining to your office and monitor any monies due/payment
status. To serve you efficiently and ensure expedited settlement of all patient
bills, we require your Business Banking Account number.**
If you prefer a check by mail, payment will be processed on the same day the bill
is presented to us. Our staff are available to answer any questions.

in order to increase patient flow to your facility. New members can open an account
for a low annual fee and load the India Health Card with various set amounts.
