is seeking a Head of India operations , to be based at its headquarters
for India operations in Bangalore. |
|
|
|
|
|
The Head of India operations is responsible for the overall management
of the India operations including expanding the health care provide network, building
relationships with medical institutions and establishing quality customer care for
the benefactors. |
|
|
|
|
|
As a member of the senior management, he/she will be involved in strategic planning
to respond to business opportunities and customer sensitive issues. He/she will
continually evaluate best industry practices in comparison to internal systems and
needed resources, with an eye toward both future needs and budget realities. Good

REQUIREMENTS:
|
|
|
 |
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local language
preferred. |
|
|
|
|
|
Capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment and liaison with teams across
geographies (International and within India). |
|
|
|
|
|
Understand the company’s long term vision with the ability to implement short-term
goals. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
QUALIFICATIONS:
|
|
|
|
|
4-6 years of management experience, MBA preferred. |
|
|
|
|
|
Possess outstanding leadership potential and proven track-record in initiating change
of improvements, and interpersonal skills are a must. |
|
|
|
|
|
Should be resourceful and have strong project management skills. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
